Kathmandu, Jan 3: The ordinary shares of Khanikhola Hydropower Company have been enlisted in the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
A total of 4,657,143 ordinary shares of the company have been enlisted, the NEPSE said.
The company that has recently constructed two six-megawatt capacity hydropower projects in Lalitpur had applied for the enlistment one month ago.
Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) is learnt to have been making preparations for so. Likewise, the NEPSE has adjusted the share value of the Lumbini Finance Company. With the adjustment, the share value of the company fixed at Rs 281 per unit. It is noted that the Company has already announced the 35 per cent Bonus share for its shareholders from its last fiscal year’s profit. RSS
